About the project

The project adapted the existing system to the four beneficiary countries and produced a quality-assurance framework and handbooks for trainers in certified organic-product retailing, helping shops and chains offer consistent, well-informed advice to consumers of organic food. Transnational workshops brought the partners together throughout the project, including the third workshop held in Çanakkale, Turkey, in September 2011.
