Vasilis Angelopoulos holds an MBA in Food and Agribusiness and a Bachelor of Science-Integrated Master in Agriculture, Crop Production and Rural Environment. In addition, he has been trained in the innovation and sustainability of the agri-food system by attending summer schools from the Agricultural University of Athens and EIT Food. He has worked as a consultant in a consulting company, where he also took part in the NEGHTRA project of the Erasmus+ programme. He is currently employed at the Agricultural Economics and Consumer Behavior Lab of the University of Thessaly, as a researcher in the RestPoll project of the Horizon Europe programme.
