2nd Co-Design Workshop: Long-Term Adaptation Solutions for Karditsa 2050

The 2nd DIONYSUS Co-Design Workshop in Karditsa DS took place on February 27, 2026!🚀 This collaborative workshop shifted our focus from short-term Adaptation Solutions (SASs) to co-creating Long-Term Adaptation Solutions (LASs) for our territory’s future up to 2050, moving far beyond the individual farm scale to build true regional resilience.🌱

Key highlights from the workshop:

  • Scenario-Based Planning: Stakeholders worked on two contrasting 2050 climate scenarios—one focused on incremental adaptation and another requiring structural transformation.

  • WEFE Nexus Focus: Working in teams, participants co-designed innovative LASs connecting the Water, Energy, Food, and Ecosystems sectors.💧⚡🌾🌳 

  • Comprehensive Business Models: These solutions were strategically mapped across all nine building blocks of the Business Model Canvas. 📊
