On 18th &19th June, 2024 the official launch of the Living Workshop took place in Nestos, in the context of the European project RestPoll. The purpose of the event was to inform the stakeholders about the continuation of the project as well as to co-agree on the next steps for the implementation of the Living Lab. During the meeting the Laboratory of Agricultural Economics and Consumer Behaviour, as leader of Task 5.3 of the RestPoll project, presented the session with the topic “Consumer behavior research on the purchase of pollinator-friendly products”.
