On February 12–16, we presented a thought-provoking session at the 18th International European Forum (Igls-Forum*) (186th EAAE Seminar) on System Dynamics and Innovation in Food Networks 2024. The presentation is about “Vulnerability and Critical Control Point Assessment of the Feta Cheese Supply Chain in Greece towards Blockchain Implementation” within the ALLIANCE Project.
