Asimina Oikonomou holds a diploma in Economics from the University of Thessaly, specializing in business economics. She has an extended experience as a manager of subsidized European programs, in educational and training centers. Currently, she is employed at the Laboratory of Agricultural Economics and Consumer Behavior of the University of Thessaly, as a researcher via RestPoll, NATAE and Dionysus projects.
