📍 As part of the FOODMISSION project, we were pleased to participate in the “From Knowledge to Action: Food System Resilience and Sustainability in Practice” stakeholder event and co-creation lab, held in Thessaloniki on 8 June 2026.
🤝 The event brought together the FOODMISSION, SkillResilience4EU and SPOON projects, in collaboration with the Municipality of Thessaloniki, connecting researchers, policymakers, agri-food businesses and civil society representatives.
🌱 Through co-creation activities, we shared experiences, exchanged knowledge and explored solutions to key challenges, such as food waste, citizen engagement and local food system resilience.
