Our systematic literature review, developed within the framework of the European project NATAE, has been published in Cleaner and Responsible Consumption (Elsevier).
The paper, “Cultivating demand: A systematic literature review on agroecology’s role in consumer behavior”, explores the relationship between agroecological practices and consumer behaviour, highlighting the key factors that influence consumer choices and the gap between positive attitudes and actual purchasing behaviour.
